1Acceptance & Enforcement of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the hzyz.win website and all services associated with it. They constitute a legally binding agreement between the hzyz operator ("Company") and the user ("Member").

3Account Management

Once registered on hzyz, the security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Please keep the following in mind:

• Keep your password strong and never share it with anyone.
• If you believe there has been unauthorized access to your account, contact hzyz support immediately.
• Account ownership cannot be transferred or sold to a third party.
• To update personal information on your account, please complete the verification process through our support team.
• Inactive accounts may be classified as dormant after 12 months.

Hzyz reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account without prior notice if unusual activity is detected. If no violation is found after investigation, the account will be reinstated.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Hzyz supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The following payment policies apply:

• Minimum deposit amount is BDT 200.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 3–15 minutes.
• The name on your deposit and withdrawal must match the same mobile banking account.
• If a deposit is delayed due to a technical issue, please contact support with a screenshot of the transaction.
• Withdrawals may be held if the bonus turnover requirement has not been met.

• Each game has its own rules and RTP rate, visible within the game itself.
• Hzyz is not liable for any game interrupted due to a technical error, but will make reasonable efforts to provide a fair resolution.
• Loss of internet connection is the member's own issue; hzyz is not liable for any compensation in such cases.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• Sports Betting bets will be settled after the official result is published.

7Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities constitutes a serious violation of hzyz's terms and conditions and may result in immediate account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or committing identity fraud.
